Valid Datetime By Timeframe
In NeoTicker 4.20 Build 31 there is a new built-in indicator called Valid Datetime by Timeframe. It is a tool indicator as oppose to a technical analysis indicator.
This indicator is useful if you need to track a symbol that trades 24-hours, but also having a special regular session that is much more active then the rest of the trading time.
The chart I am showing here is the chart of 1-min Emini S&P, 24 hours, 7 days, bar driven. The indicator below, is set to use US Stock time frame to determine if the time of each bar in the linked series belongs to the US Stock time frame.
With this indicator, you can easily generate extra information about the data series like after hour high, low, gap size, etc. without the complexity of coding your own time check and data collection.
