Some configuration issues that stopped some users from downloading more than 350 days of data is resolved.
Upto 450 days of data (varies from symbol to symbol) is maintained in our server and all clients should now be able to access them.
All data files in the library is now updated to include upto end of 2008 data.
We have added more symbols to the backfill server based on user requests.

We have completed our update on the 1-minute historical data library.
All data files are now updated to include data up to 2007 Dec.
More forex symbols are added to the library.
Effective immediately, clients can now access up to 350 days, increase from 120 days, of backfill data.
We’ve completed our data clean up on all forex daily data available on the backfill server.
A new source will be used to provide better forex daily data going forward.
For those of you having daily data problem with year 2007 and 2008, if you are connected to a brokerage feed, you can use F11 to repair the data on the chart. If you are using the data in offline mode, you can delete the data from the disk cache manually, or, use the historical data download to refresh the data files.
Our backfill server has been having problem with forex daily data for a while. We have been seeking for a better daily data collection scheme ever since. This weekend we just completed our repair of the daily data in the backfill servers for the major pairs.
All clients should now be able to access the cleaned up historical daily data. For some pairs like EUR/USD, you should be able to access daily data going all the way back to 1970s. Please let us know if you encounter new data issues so that we can work on additional measures to improve the data quality.
p.s. demo users cannot access all the historical data due to demo limitations.
Symbology – Traded Instruments
The backfill symbols are listed in their native symbology, which is in a format similar to LiveCharts. You only use native symbology if you set your NeoTicker to No Feed. When you use a brokerage feed such as MB Trading or IB, you should use your brokerage’s symbology (NeoTicker will do the translation for you).
