For Interactive Brokers users, as of NeoTicker 4.1 Beta 5, TWS API is no longer required.

You no longer need to install or worry about TWS API. We’ve implemented our own interface to talk to TWS. This will make upgrading both TWS and NeoTicker easier without worrying about compatibility.
