New Features

- added support of Jurik Research UT indicators
- better algorithm to check and repair (through F11) daily data when data vendor may not be providing the correct data
- new methods (Ready, OpenNew) for the indicator object Report
- new User Define Symbol Manager option for Weighted Index to collect data directly with a symbol list

Bug Fixes

- On reconnect, if indicator removecall is needed while the specific data feed (simserver) need to register the indicators, it will cause the removecall to fail.
