Bug Fixes

- ColorPlot Formula indicator returned previous comparison on invalid bars
- Import 1-tick data not generating correct minute bars when the option is chosen
- BarsAgoByTime indicator can cause freeze up if daily or higher time frame series is in use
- VolProfile indicator has a minor issue with working on bars with no range
- RAM Cache Smart Tool setting Insert as Temp occasionally block loading of second or tick series in charts
- VolFml indicator returned previous values on invalid bars
- SimServer (and ocassionally for some data feeds) on disconnect/reconnect, last day of data not loaded during restart of window groups
