Bug Fixes

- possible order collision when order interface has routed an order on the same bar where close position EOD orders are fired
- loading large number of tick data files while RAM Cache initializing the same underlying symbol can block or hold up data loading on the chart
- Level 2 window 5th level color changed from white to light gray so that the corresponding bar chart can show the bars properly
- TLB definition not correct for the Trade.GetBrokerPos method

- IDL indicators depending on the method call Trade.GetBrokerPos must use the new TLB to recompile its code to get proper results
