Bug Fixes

- Alert Editor having formulas that cannot be verified can cause a crash when the Apply button is pressed
- Time Chart Pane Editor the Apply All button can crash NeoTicker when toggling log scale
- In Time Chart, can double click on drawing objects not visible nor associated with a symbol on the chart
- Text file read problem with monthly bars
- During Morning Restart, or on some ocassion with disconnect/reconnect on slow data feeds, RAM Cache will stop loading
- On Complete Reload during manual Server Reconnect, can erase the protected symbols from NeoBreadth and User Define Symbols
