New Features

- support Java 6 beta release from Sun Microsystem
- support Auto Login while the user having caps lock enabled
- support new Forex position reporting from TWS
- workaround on TWS mishandling of cancellation of non-transmitted orders
- faster order cancellation when TWS has a long queue of orders to process
- ability to hold/resume order processing when TWS has disconnected or terminated itself
- better password protection
- support TickQuest backfill data
