Bug Fixes

– UpdateTime field in quote formulas not reflecting the correct locale
– User Define Symbol Manager and NeoBreadth Manager enable on startup options not saved immediately after the change is made
– Drawing objects being pushed backward in time in the Time Chart when certain combination of scrolling and zooming is done
– On disconnect/reconnect to a real-time data service, if heavy usage of two or more of Quote formulas with indicators, User Define Symbol (update by tick only), Trade Simulator with many symbols, and that the data service disconnect multiple times within a very short period of time, then abnormal behaviour in NT is observed
– Preload symbol list not handling Continuous Contract symbols properly
