New Features

- Time Chart Superposition can load as much data as you want to construct superposition series without using up all the physical memory
- New Superposition style Constant Volume

Bug Fixes

- Time Chart Tick Replay on data series with bar size > day range can lead to NT freeze up
- On Indicator FirstCall, not all symbols are available through data series property Symbol
- Continuous symbol sometimes not recognized in live trading system leading to system unknown status
- Unknown status for some order servers (e.g. IB) in Account Manager>Live System tab
- User Define Symbol Spread style update by tick not working properly
- Symbol Info Manager deleting a symbol that is not recognized leads to crash
- Locale issue with indicator real type parameters when connected to Grid Optimizer
