Bug Fixes

- Text drawing objects will not display text within the boundary if selected once by mouse click, and then immediately click on blank area
- Edit Disk Cache in Time Chart uses directory field value even though data source is RT Server
- Preload Symbol List use the settings in Morning Restart to determine if it should default to preload or not, while Morning Restart is set to disabled
- Superposition Data Sync style affected by unlimited data loading superposition engine introduced in build 8
- Blank tick buffer in RAM Cache could potentially stop user from loading any tick data into charts
- Histogram style in Time Chart couple with custom coloring formulas, and that the first bar is set to invisible, can cause NeoTicker to crash
- Time chart scroll bar turns visible when it is resized smaller while the chart is blank. Subsequent access to the scrollbar can lead to crash
