Bug Fixes

- Memory allocation bug introduced in build 12 affect some users from loading charts based on tick data
- System performance files that are constructed from manual entries and/or imported data through the Trade Simulator can lead to crash if its data is corrupted and subsequently opened through System Performance Manager or Trade Simulator
- Trade Simulator import service failed to recognize multiple separators with blank fields for some combination of settings
- HHV and LLV indicators do not always report the correct value on the their first results
- Time Chart drawing objects should not be detected or clickable from another pane
