Open E Cry Order Server 1.20 Released

New Features

- added support API version 3.1.2.0

Special Notes

- OEC has its API servers switched to API version 3.1.2.0 since Nov 9, 2007
- Sim Servers will switch over to API 3.1.2.0 today, Nov 16, 2007
- Production Servers will switch over to API 3.1.2.0 if everything works fine with the Sim Servers, thus wait for announcements from OEC if you are using NeoTicker with a live brokerage account
