New Features

Time Chart
– New option for all drawing objects to be locked in position to avoid being moved accidentally
– Undelete drawing object through the general popup menu or shortcut Ctrl-U
– Chart Manager>Drawing tab added command buttons to Show/Hide/Delete All drawing objects within a specific pane

IDL/Indicators
– indicators written with regular DLL and DotNet DLL can now define their filenames using relative path to the indicator directory, making it easier for 3rd party developer to distribution their indicators and trading systems on NeoTicker installations with customized installation directories
– for DotNet IDL indicators if there is a Interop.NeoTicker.DLL file defined in the subfolder containing the DotNet DLL file, NeoTicker will use that Interop.NeoTicker.DLL to work with the indicator to maintain compatibility
– VB.Net and VC# indicator examples are updated to reflect the changes in using subfolder method for distribution
– Help file updated to include the description of the DrawingObject property HorizzontalLineExtendStyle

Bug Fixes

Time Chart
– for drawing objects with snapping defaults saved in the templates, may not display correctly until after the user select a valid data/indicator series to snap to
– drawing object label formatting code not fully parsed due to introduced bug in build 15, can lead to crash for charts containing special formatting codes

IQFeed
– symbols with special characters having the real-time streaming data filtered, bug introduced in build 15

General
– potential fix on exit crash experienced by some users
