Bug Fixes

- Horizontal Line Extend Style not copied properly when a user choose to copy the horizontal line through the popup menu
- Manual disconnect using Program>Server Connect/Disconnect results in auto reconnect using eSignal
- eSignal auto reconnect sometimes results in immediate disconnect right after the connection is established
- switching time frame of the symbols within a chart through the chart tool quick buttons does not enforce the update of the legend descriptions
- code changes to resolve exit crash issue
- formula evaluation may skip some parameter calculations if one of them can cause fatal error, leading to bad results returned by functions like if, choose, etc.
- Account Manager Remove Flat button can cause crash on some order interface
- Report object Addline method when used consecutively adds extra blank lines in between
