Bug Fixes

- tick replay in time chart not fully compatible with historical mode enabled
- TP Tick N using setting of All Tick and Bar Change combined, can lead to a bias of 1 extra uptick per bar
- In NeoBreadth History Generator, under Real-Time Friendly mode, progress status is not shown
