Bug Fixes
- Time Chart, in Bar driven mode, minute bars may be inserted on new ticks with time stamps backward from the latest bar
- inline indicators in formula indicator fail to return proper values on the first valid bar
- formula indicators cannot recalc properly if the notify on removal option is enabled
