– Supporting Continuous Contract Symbols when opening cache editor in chart

Bug Fixes

– Opening Help file within NT in some version of Windows Vista leads to crash
– Sometimes tick data in RAM Cache cannot be restored, mainly affecting UDS and NeoBreadth symbols on reconnection to real-time data feed during market hours, making the tick data saved so far disappeared
– When opened through popup menu Add Indicator, Indicator Setup window does not retain the indicator parameters while the do not close option is checked
– Superposition historical bars time stamp not updated to reflect the last time stamp being used from the underlying series, causing the superposition series to look as if its data is based on future information
– Level 2 / Depth window not showing the ask data beyond the total number of bids available
– Volume Distribution chart sometimes showing an invalid price scale on slower computers
– Changes to definition in Continuous Contract Manager for some very busy symbols that are in use at the time inside quote windows, dynamic grids, etc. can sometimes cause the affected quote windows or dynamic grids stop updating
