– supporting latest TWS 871
– workaround possible bug in TWS that fail to provide latest historical minute data upon request

Bug Fixes

– slightly slower auto login for use with slower computers (including Windows Vista)
– existing forex positions not sync with NeoTicker upon start up due to odd expiration dates inserted to forex symbols by IB
