RealTick Subscription Changes

RealTick has made an announcement that it will separate the API service option from its RealTick Pro Plus subscription.
The number of symbols that one can track using the API option will be capped at 1500 starting immediately.
Once we get more information about the new pricing structure from RealTick, we will post it here.
